I finally decided to get back into it, stop avoiding and making excuses for what has to be done. So for the past three days I've rode the bike for an hour and eating well. Today wasn't nearly so good. Lots of salad, good food, but I allow myself to have small treats once or every other day, because I know if I don't I'll binge and quit.

| I haven't been able to go to the gym at all this week from sleeping all the time and being sick. Mom got me a membership to Curves. I liked it though I only went once. She's joined Weight Watchers and I've insisted she share her materials with me.
